access with wifi. The kitchen is fully
equipped with vitroceramic, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and
a full size refrigerator. The kitchen includes
a lovely breakfast bar, perfect for breakfast
or relaxing over drinks. A separate spacious
bedroom sleeps 2 persons, and provides
plenty of storage space (linens, duvet and
blankets provided). The modern style and
very bright bathroom with its shower will
seduce you(small and large towels
provided). The unit also has a laundry room
dowstairs with washer and dryer.

There is plenty of curbside parking. The bus
stop is conveniently located just accross the
road. The bus route includes a stop which is
within 5 minutes walk of The Place
Gambetta, the major square in bordeaux
and the apex of the « golden triangle »,
which are the streets that run from here to
place de la comedie where the grand
theatre is situated.
Do have a coffee outside the grand theatre
perfect for watching the world pass by. DO
GO to parliament area for the best
restaurants very busy at night and not at all
expensive.
A visit to Bx will include winery tours : BX is
in the heart of a very large and old wine
area and you will want to go to wine tastings
in famous « chateaux » perhaps in the
beautiful little village of St Emilion. It is also
50 km from the sea (arcachon and
capferret), 180 km from Spain and the
mountains (pyrénées). The town is a world
heritage site has recently been totally
cleaned and quays along the Garonne river
developed.
